Harpeth Valley Utilities District (HVUD) will implement a new rate schedule for water and sewer services effective January 1, 2024. We conduct periodic rate reviews to reflect both system and usage changes to help us recover our costs. The rate changes are being made to ensure that each utility customer pays their proportionate share of the costs to provide services based on our most recent cost of service analysis.
